Heather Stein, Director of Family Ministries, will be teaching a beginners class to the Bible in October. This is a four week series of interactive classes geared toward late elementary children and their favorite adult – perfect for our 3rd graders and above.
St. Paul’s and other faith partners will be hosting the TIHAN October Poz Cafe. Supporting Poz Cafe is a yearly outreach event for St. Paul’s. We will be collecting items for the care packages from Sunday, October 2 through through Sunday, October 16.

Would you like to learn more about the centuries old, annual cross border pilgrimage to Magdalena, Sonora, in Mexico? The Border Community Alliance (BCA), in conjunction with the University of Arizona Center for Latin American Studies, presents the documentary “Pilgrimage to Magdalena” at the Loft Cinema. Jerry Haas, a former pastor at St. Paul’s, is now a senior board member of the BCA.

St. Paul’s peanut butter drive has ended, as we helped collect over 500 jars of this vital food for Interfaith Community Services (ICS). We partnered with 120 faith communities to help ICS meet their goal of 10,000 jars collected in July. On Wednesday, July 28, 519 jars – about a quarter ton of peanut butter – were delivered to ICS.
The Mustard Seed Migration Grant program has named St. Paul’s as a recipient for 2021. The grant is provided by the Global Ministries program of the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR).
Would you like to meet and greet our new Senior Pastor? St. Paul’s Staff Parish Committee is welcoming Rev. Ron Bartlow to St. Paul’s with in-home, small group gatherings (8 to 12 guests maximum) over the next few weeks.
St. Paul’s is excited to return to in-person worship in our sanctuary, with service times at 8:00 am, 9:30 am, and 11:00 am. We will also have online worship at 11:00 am on Facebook and Vimeo, for those who wish to watch from the comfort and safety of their own home.
