Holy Week and Easter 2022

The empty tomb

Holy Week

Holy Week begins Sunday April 10 with Palm Sunday. Reverend Ron Bartlow preaches on Luke 19:29-40 and Philippians 2:1-11, “Making our Way.”

Also on April 10, at 3:00 pm, St. Paul’s Pet Ministry invites you to a special Pet Memorial Service to remember and celebrate the pets that we have loved and are no longer with us. Bring a photo or special item of your pet if you’d like. Service will take place in the A-frame, near St. Paul’s Preschool.

Good Friday

On Good Friday, April 15, St. Paul’s has special services at 12:00 noon (with the Early Bird Choir) and 6:00 pm (with the Sanctuary Singers). Service is intended to be a combination of Taizé-style worship and The Stations of the Cross. It moves from invitation into God’s presence, to confession, to experience of Christ’s passion.

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday is April 17. Reverend Ron Bartlow preaches on John 20:11-18 and 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, “The First Few Pages…“. We have our regular services at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 am. In addition, we have a Sunrise Service at 6:30 am in the Memorial Garden. Director of Family Ministries Meredith Joubert leads this worship.

Also on Easter, we are offering a potluck style brunch from 9:00 am to 11:00 in the Billy and Ann Still Life Center. And at 10:30 am, there is an Easter egg hunt for children.
