St. Paul’s UMC Wonderful Wednesdays return this summer! Each Wednesday of from June 7 to July 19 (except July 5), we will have dinner and fellowship together, from 5:00 to 7:30 pm.

Vacation Bible School 2023 and Jump Rope Club
Summer will be here before we know it! St. Paul’s is so excited to return to in person Vacation Bible School this summer. VBS is Monday, June 5 through Friday, June 9, 9 am to 12 noon. Open for children ages 2 through 5th grade. In addition – this year we will have an afternoon option provided by the Tucson Twist-Its Jump Rope Club!
Advent and Christmas 2022
Christmas just isn’t complete without Advent activities, caroling, and church services. With that in mind, we have a variety of options for you for this Advent and Christmas season.
Dare to Care – Community Coalition Events
St. Francis in the Foothills United Methodist Church (UMC) in Tucson invites you to two events for the LGBTQIA+ community. Dare to Care will take place at St. Francis UMC on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 4625 E River Road.
Summer Youth Group 2022
St. Paul’s Summer Youth Group is upon us! It is a mix of activities on and off our church campus, including a few being hosted at a few of our church member’s homes. Friends are always invited!
Vacation Bible School 2022
Summer will be here before we know it! St. Paul’s is so excited to return to in person Vacation Bible School this summer. VBS is Monday, June 6 through Friday, June 10, 9 am to 12 noon. Open for children ages 4-5th grade.
Bible 101
Rev. Ron Bartlow leads a three-week class on the Bible. This is not a “read through the Bible” or even a “read this book of the Bible” class, but rather an introduction to and brief overview of the entirety of our holy Scriptures.
St. Paul’s Looking for Acolytes
St. Paul’s is looking for children 1st grade and older to serve as acolytes during the 9:30 am Sunday worship services. Serving as an acolyte is one of the first opportunities for children to have an official way to serve in the church. It is a very special role here at St. Paul’s.
Youth Praise Band to Restart
St. Paul’s Youth Praise Band is restarting soon. Want to join? The band is looking for youth in 5th through 12th grade. We are especially looking for vocalists, guitarists, bass players, and drummers. The Youth Praise Band practices weekly and occasionally provides music for our Sunday worship services. Practice dates and times will be set once school starts and we have an idea of scheduling.
Children’s and Youth Fall Programs Kickoff
Sunday, August 8, is the “kick-off” for our new school year at St. Paul’s. At the 9:30 am service, all children and youth will begin in the Sanctuary for worship and children’s sermon, then will exit with their teachers for Sunday School. Then on August 15, we celebrate Promotion Sunday as well as Commissioning Sunday.
