Today is the third Sunday in Lent. Rev. Ron Bartlow continues our Lenten sermon series "Courageous Faith: Values and Practices for When Life Gets Hard". Worship is putting God first in our thoughts and lives, and can happen anywhere and at any time. The practices of worship - prayers, scripture, community - help to form and encourage us in the greater act of putting God first. Jesus overturns the temple tables because the priests lost sight of putting God first, even through the very heavens tell of God's glory. Today's sermon is drawn from Jeremiah 31:31-34, Exodus 20:1-17, John 2:13-22 and Psalm 19:1-14.
