Today is the fourth Sunday of Easter. Scripture portrays God and Jesus specifically as a good, caring shepherd who cares for the sheep. The earliest disciples, living in community rooted in Jesus' presence amongst them, cared for one another. We are invited, encouraged, challenged, and empowered to do the same as the church today!
