Gentle yoga is a great yoga for beginners. In gentle yoga, you move your body in a gentle, comfortable way; it encourages movement without the potential for strain. It’s great for stretching, strengthening, and rejuvenation. Gentle yoga is for all ages but is especially great for seniors. Suggested donation: $5 – $10.
