(Live, Laugh) Love Boldly
Today is the second Sunday of Easter, which we celebrate as “Bright” or “Holy Humor” Sunday. The Good News of Easter is wondrous, and we celebrate this day with humor and praise.
We also begin a three week worship series in which we will be reflecting on the three key themes of the new vision of The United Methodist Church: Loving Boldly, Serving Joyfully, Leading Courageously. To “love boldly” is to passionately love God and, like Jesus, embrace and include people of every age, nation, race, gender and walk of life. Rev. Ron Bartlow’s sermon is “(Live, Laugh) Love Boldly” with scripture from Psalm 126:1-3, Mark 12:28-34 and John 13:34-35.
